Job Description

You will be part of the team responsible for increasing passenger traffic to and through Changi Airport, with the objective of enhancing Changi Airport\'s attractiveness as the air hub of choice in the region. Specifically, an integral part of Changi Airport\'s aviation business requires the passenger development team to work closely with existing and prospective partners through various initiatives to grow passenger traffic across all travel segments including leisure, business and multi-modal travel.

Partnering with internal divisions and interfacing with external stakeholders such as national tourism organisations, airlines, travel trade partners and vendors to drive product development and ensure smooth operations and implementation of various initiatives is also an intrinsic aspect of this position. Some of the qualities we appreciate in an ideal candidate include but are not limited to expertise in marketing, operations and/or business development.

In addition, the incumbent may be involved in other air hub development projects whenever opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and drive initiatives with local and overseas national tourism organisations, airlines, travel trade partners, and overseeing related operations and enhancing performance where necessary.
• Maintain strong relations with all existing and potential stakeholders, and manage them accordingly to deliver the optimal operational efficiency expected of the projects.
• Stay abreast with market and industry trends to ensure the team is always in a data-driven decision-making environment.

• Good degree in any discipline. Some working experience in destination or tourism promotion, and in driving marketing initiatives will be an advantage.
• Strong passion in understanding air travel, multi-modal and tourism ecosystem.
• Good communicator and team player with strong networking skills; self-driven, positive, and able to multi-task.
• Proficiency in the Chinese language will be advantageous as incumbent may be required to communicate with overseas Chinese-speaking partners and passengers.
• Some overseas travelling may be required.
