Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced a Manager, Payroll Management to join the Vistra Client Accounting team on a full-time basis.

Purpose of the role:

Managing team within Client Accounting department and providing support to the Head of Department.

Scope:

Client Accounting Department in Vistra Corporate Services Singapore

Key responsibilities:

In-charge of payroll and e-service implementation for existing and new clients

Assist in upselling of e-services to existing payroll clients.

Assist BD team in conducting payroll and e-services demo to prospects, Business development and selling of payroll & e-services to prospects

Coordinator between clients and payroll software vendor on clients customization requirements

Handles and/or reviews payroll and payroll fund administration.

Provide guidance and effective coaching to team(s) in SG and SSC, including conducting internal briefings and trainings

Working with vendors on upgrade of systems

Attributes & Skills:

Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act

Knowledge in payroll and e-services software

Computer proficiency in MS Office Application.

Proficient in payroll and e-services software.

Good written and oral communication skills in English

Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage

Competent in delivering quality work

Relevant experience:

Experience in an outsource service industry and in managing client's payroll and e-services including claims and e-Time and Attendance modules

Minimum 10 years experience in the same industry and in similar scope

Education/Professional Qualifications:

Diploma in Business Administration
