JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for an Assistant Manager, Payroll & Benefits (Contract) to join their team!

Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Manager, Payroll & Benefits will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and managing the benefits policies and administration.
The responsibilities of this role are:
- Payroll management of WBS
- Responsible for payroll processing and participating in payroll in/outsourcing project.
- Responsible for the submission of statutory reporting requirements (e.g. MOM, SingStats).
- May be involved in rewards and system-related projects.
- Degree in any related discipline with 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and/or payroll.
- Prior experience in handling huge databases, and sensitive information will be an added advantage
- Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts
- Handle payroll monthly journals, accruals, reconciliations, schedules, GL payroll accounts management, surveys and audits
- Ensure compliance of Human Resource team\'s internal workflow and procedure
- Participate in payroll related projects
- Good with numbers, with an eye for details
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
