What the role is:You plan, organise and conduct regular engagement, and expand the development of employee experience initiatives based on moments that matter in the employee life cycle.What you will be working on:In addition, you assist in creating and enhancing HR processes, which will impact employee experience. Your challenges lie in applying in-depth knowledge of the employee experience throughout various stages of the employee life cycle, with deep involvement in both conceptualising and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with prior working experience in management-related fields. Having prior experience working in organising events, plans roles, or in people management roles is advantageous. Possession of knowledge in fields and frameworks relevant to process improvement is required. You must be proactive, adaptable, capable of working independently and as part of the team. Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and resilience are essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
