About The Opportunity

The WeWork People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our team provides consistent service and support across people process, operations, and program management. Our global team is both a strategic partner and hands-on team focused on gathering business requirements, optimize, and implement people processes as we launch or enhance some of the most complex operations around the world.

What you\'ll do (Responsibilities):

Work cross functionally and with CoEs on enhancements, projects and opportunities

Perform data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific accruals and metrics, such as employee hours as compared to pay stubs

Able to effectively monitor and govern compliance standards for the respective country or region

Assist with day-to-day operations of the People team, supporting People Partners (HRBPs) with personnel transactions, coordination, and administration

Govern the completion of onboarding tasks, including accurate submission of personal information, contact information and policy acknowledgments post-Day 1

Verify employee information in HRIS, support all end-to-end onboarding and data changes on behalf of employees

Perform human resources related functions, process new employee information, employee changes-in-status, payroll inquiries and escalated scenarios for resolution

Support employee separation business processes for voluntary and involuntary terminations including separation agreement preparation and communication

Organizational data accuracy and management of all organizational hierarchy details, supervisory org management

Understanding of metrics and reportings, use of dashboards and reporting tools for all systems

Support of Franchise Operations activities associated with offboarding and other People team related tasks for seamless transition

Case Management: manage cases for dedicated people operations tickets (People Helpdesk) and direct to the appropriate teams with guidance

Audit and maintenance of employee personnel files for auditing (Workday, Salesforce), including Offer Letter/Employment Agreements, Performance Management summaries, and any other pertinent information

Comfortable working alongside other functions to develop and enhance processes

Demonstrates an understanding of the end-to-end Benefits landscape in each country in region

Ability to apply Benefits knowledge to serve the employee population in region

Familiarity with labor legislation, practices and compliance requirements across countries in region

Ability to accurately apply and comply with labor laws and regulations in region (i.e. disability hire rates, gender ratio reporting, age distribution)

Additional Responsibilities:

Local language support for document translation

HR Policy Q&A

General Business Reporting (e.g., New Hires)

Regular employee data audits

Document Management / Retrieval

Compliance and Legal Inquiry

About You

We\'d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

5+ years of general HR operations experience or HR generalist experience.

People systems experience, including reporting capabilities

Solid Excel skills that show proficiency in pivot tables, v-lookups and charts.

Proactive and able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management

A welcoming and helpful attitude with high level of creativity, flexibility and openness to change

Ability to work cross functionally in a multi-site global business
