Job Description


Changi Airport Group is looking for an experienced Rewards, Compensation/ Performance and Incentive management individual to join our People Team! You will be part of our People Rewards and Policies section and your key responsibilities include:

  • Participation in the design, implementation and management of executive compensation and incentive plans and administration of incentive payouts
  • Being in charge of process for target setting and results reporting for scorecards
  • Provide secretariat support for Remuneration Committee
  • Assist in the implementation of systems relating to Incentive Plans
  • Provide support in other rewards projects/ reviews as necessary and review and implementation of performance and incentive management policies and programs
  • Work with CAG\'s subsidiaries on their incentive schemes (where necessary)
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business/ HRM related Discipline
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in compensation/ performance and incentive management
  • Highly analytical, organised, with strong attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional Qualification or Strong Knowledge of Finance/ Accounting is a strong advantage
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications
