Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and talented candidate to join NTUC Club's digital business platforms - product and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding success of merchants as well as management of product categories and corresponding sub-categories.

This scope will need candidate to work in a cross-functional team with members across E-Commerce, UX/UI, Analytics, Product Development, Merchant Onboarding and Customer Care. You will generate more value out of digital platforms, inculcate Agile-like practices for the prioritization of needs and the delivery of new capabilities, and identify synergies with assets and features developed for the B2B2C marketplace/ e-commerce platforms.

Past experience in OTA leisure, travel, tours and lifestyle sectors will be a definite advantage.

• Support Business Development & Partnership team to curate, acquire and incubate merchants and partners for platform growth.
• Manage onboarding of all products and product listings, and coordinate with operations, content, editorial, and quality control teams
• Help partners and merchants to help maximize their sales potential on platforms.
• Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk
• Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, maintain platform position.
• Conduct market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
• Manage the administrative, procurement and payment needs of the division

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field of study
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in either e-commerce, consumer products or consumer marketplace platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce industry & its business structure, processes and legal / compliance requirements
• Have a strong push and collaboration ability, demand to work with operation, design, developer teams and drive the on time launching.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, data driven and analytical skills
• Project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Patient, meticulous and attention to detail
