We are currently hiring a Manager for Global Community Activation, to support our community building and market expansion efforts, which includes:

• Identifying, developing and growing champions from our alumni and community network to activate our community nodes across geographies, in tandem with our regional and global expansion plans.
• Vitalising and growing our extended community network in Singapore where we are headquartered, BLOCK71 carries with us one of the strongest startup alumni network being a key pioneer in Singapore\'s startup ecosystem!
• Working alongside our centre leads, geography-based community managers, marketing manager and other members of the team to develop and drive key community activation and engagement strategies
• Championing the implementation of initiatives and activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Adopt a data-driven approach for activation and engagement to track and review outcomes in support of BLOCK71\'s strategic goals

• High level of energy and enjoy bringing people together to make projects happen
• Ability to see the big picture while having a knack for implementation down to the finest operational details.
• Passionate about contributing to and growing innovation and entrepreneurship communities
• Resourceful in working with stakeholders across all levels in ensuring smooth running of programmes and operations.
• Good project management skills and embrace a data driven approach in providing operations and reporting
• Committed to a culture of excellence in pushing ourselves and supporting our team mates to be world class in what we do
