Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd. is currently looking for a full-time

Manager

to build project finance models and provide support in all finance-related matters of our projects. The incumbent will be reporting to the Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate financing solutions (incl. debt, equity and hybrid structures). Prepare financial proposals and documentations for internal approvals, external presentations and negotiations. Develop and revise CF models, analyse them and create summary materials for external negotiations and internal reports/discussions. Facilitate meetings and negotiate with financial institutions. Support business development teams by providing financial knowledge, insights and recommendations. Assess and manage financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure project financial health. Build and maintain relationships with financial partners, investors and other key stakeholders. Work closely with project managers and business development teams in Asia, and coordinate with external financial advisors and consultants as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a project finance role. Work experience in the energy sector, LNG infrastructure business and/or wind power projects is highly preferred. Excellent negotiation, communication and critical thinking skills. Proactive in driving things forward and picking up new things that are required for work. Able to put themselves in the counterparties' shoes to find solutions. Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company. Think logically and rationally. * Capable of working independently and persevering.
