What the role is:Family Life Group (FLG) strengthens and supports families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds and support them in overcoming challenges. You will be part of the Partnership (PTR) Division in FLG to help nurture a community-based, family-friendly support ecosystem across all stages of life. We promote family-centric campaigns, parenting and marriage programmes and forms partnerships with community stakeholders and volunteers to promote and strengthen families.What you will be working on:Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (Publicity), you will be part of a team that works on developing marketing plans on the family narrative & raise awareness of Families for Life (FFL) initiatives (including social media). Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic thinking and planning of a holistic communications and engagement plan to drive the dissemination of key family messaging and initiatives; \xe2\x80\xa2 Development and management of marketing and communication plans to publicise and create awareness of FFL \xe2\x80\xa2 Content creation and management of website and social media content to drive online marketing efforts \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage branding merchandise projects from conceptualisation to distributionWhat we are looking for:
