Responsibilities

  • Manage the Commercial Contract Administration function for DSC APAC
  • Coordinate the commercial risks and opportunities revue for DSC APAC to meet DHL Group\xe2\x80\x99s Directors\xe2\x80\x99 Review Assessment legislative requirements
  • Assist the VP in assessing the contractual relationships between DSC and its customers, and in reviewing the reported risks and opportunities, providing support to all business teams to determine DSC APAC\xe2\x80\x99s overall commercial position
  • Implement global objectives supporting the Legal Services and Risk Management activities related to customer contracts in line with contract protocols and global programme / reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain customer contracts database and provide associated training for DSC APAC and assist with global effort as and where appropriate
Requirements
  • A clear understanding of the commercial third-party supply chain business, with an in depth appreciation of commercial contracts insofar as they interrelate at operational, financial and risk management levels
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally, amongst business operatives and peer groups
  • An ability and awareness of the need to operate with an appropriate sensitivity toward the cultural differences within the region
  • An understanding of the DSC business/budget objectives
  • An appreciation of DHL Group\xe2\x80\x99s corporate operating parameters, in particular, the Code of Conduct and the Contract Protocol
  • A demonstrated ability to manage and develop systems and processes to support regional / global initiatives requiring centralized databases for contract administration and the effective communication / reporting of associated information and target objectives
