As a key player in our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future through evidence-based research, data-driven policy analysis and design, legislative reviews, community engagement and collaboration with strategic stakeholders. Our goal is to create a society with opportunities for all to succeed.What you will be working on:As a Manager within our division, you will be at the forefront of policy development, focusing on critical areas such as domestic violence, child protection, adoption and youth rehabilitation. You will also be part of our efforts to advance Singapore\'s interest through the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving medium to long-term policy agendas that support the Ministry\'s macro outcomes related to social mobility, stability and self-reliance for the vulnerable groups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing data trends and best practices to identify opportunities and gaps to improve the protection and rehabilitation of vulnerable groups in society, such as youth offenders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Forging partnerships with stakeholders in local and international organisations such as social service agencies, government agencies and non-government organisations, to ensure effective policy implementation.What we are looking for:
