Job Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design and drive recruitment marketing, employer branding and DEI strategies to attract talents Enhance Keppel employer brand and EVP Plan, track and execute strategies to manage recruitment media campaigns Create and implement strategies for building a talent network for early careerists and professionals Drive continuous improvement to elevate candidate experience Drive skills-based hiring across the group Leverage on technology for recruitment processes and data analysis Research and introduce assessment tools for candidates Support groupwide sustainability initiatives in area relating to HR Job Requirements: In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for 2 years, but candidates with previous working experience for 5 years in Talent Attraction, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising can be considered Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills Creative thinker and proactive problem solver Team player, results-driven and proactive Experience with Workday Recruiting module would be advantageous Qualified degree in Human resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field IHRP certification is advantageous
