Job Description
Reporting to Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing, this position will be involved in strategizing sales strategies and solutions to contribute to the sales growth of our existing and new products. This role will also be involved in overseeing the daily sales operations including price negotiation, reporting and compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily sales operations and ensure compliance to rules and regulations
- Maintain existing customer base and relationship to achieve and expand sales targets through regular visits and communication
- Prepare annual sales budget report for management reporting and check monthly sales forecast
- Perform regular credit review for reporting to Finance & Accounting Division
- Manage all sales-related agreements
- Work closely with Headquarter to develop sales strategies and carry out new business projects and opportunities
- Provide coaching, training and guidance to junior team members
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry or a related discipline with at least 6 years of experience in sales and marketing or customer relation management
- Diploma holders with more years of experience may be considered
- Highly self-motivated, independent and resourceful
- Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Frequent overseas travelling is required
