The Role: The Sales Development Manager will be directly responsible for leading our Sales Development Representative team across South East Asia and North Asia. They will be accountable for enabling the team to drive towards net-new business and work alongside Account Executives to increase revenue. The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build on the strengths of the individuals and the team. They will have the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders quickly and drive initiatives to help improve productivity, motivation and sales cadences. Key Accountabilities: The Sales Development Manager is a front line manager whose responsibilities include: Managing team of 8-10 Sales Development Rep across the region covering both corporate and enterprise business Always thinking outside of the box, constantly motivating team and identifying new ways to grow and develop Being proactive and always be on the lookout for ways to improve team productivity, build a team of 'hunters' to strive for net new logos Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit Working with Regional Directors and Corporate Sales Managers on territory development Developing and execute on territory, team and quarterly plans Ensuring the team is the best in the industry with frequent sales and products skills training Generating pipeline of candidates for hiring purposes (keep a warm bench) Exceeding quarterly and annual quotas Being proficient in navigating within CRM tools (Salesforce.com) Experience Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record within Inside Sales / Lead generation Ability to maintain focus on daily schedule and objectives and effectively set priorities Proven leadership experience in either a Team Lead or direct Management role A good understanding of Cyber Security products and the pros/cons of competitors products Understands the sales cycle in conjunction with business process externally and internally Experience working in a hyper growth environment with YOY 100% growth Evidence of sharing knowledge with peers and working as a member of an effective team Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO, Outreach, etc Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level #LI-IO1 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Remote-first culture Market leader in compensation and equity awards Competitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefits Physical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunities Offices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaboration We are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
