The Job Working closely with the Director, the Manager of Sales and Planning will support sales and business development activity of TV Distribution (TVD) & Home Entertainment (HE) for Southeast Asia. Managing TVD & HE sales within Southeast Asia clients focusing on the development of strong sustainable client relationships. Managing budgets/forecasting, strategy management, sales analysis and research projects. Managing Sales Administration' process within the sales support team. Become proficient with the company's systems to provide guidance & training for the internal staffs. The Daily . Southeast Asia Sales - manage sales activity with clients and identify sales opportunities and manage deal negotiations with potential clients in SEA. . Provide comprehensive financial analysis in crafting commercial proposal. . Account management - manage post sales management of local and regional 'output/volume/transactional'deal. . Supporting the Director on adhoc projects such as market/industry presentation, country overview for each of key territories and regional functions. . TVD & HE System User & Administrator - using TVD & HE systems to process sales contracts & amendments. . Manage Long Range Plan, Mid-Year-Forecast and Year-End-Forecast Budgeting and Planning projects (SMART interface) . Managing Khalix database - control and monitoring of sales data inputs. . Liaise with Burbank financial/planning team ensuring accurate sales data. . Analysis of database system, report creation, data entry, manipulation and matching data to reflect actual and forecast sales. . Assist in sales support duties & tasks. . Undertake ad hoc research tasks and projects, on a client or country basis. The Essentials . At least 5 years of media and entertainment industry experience. . Strong experience with budgeting programs (SMART), SAP (COSMOS), advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and related databases for sales forecasting, analytical tools and research/statistics. . Fluent in English and additional languages are highly advantageous (both spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders across the region. . Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail. . Able to think analytically and creatively solve problems. . Must have a positive, client-friendly attitude. . Able to communicate with internal and external parties outside of Singapore in a clear, effective and tactful manner. . Skilled at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) to run basic financial models, and create sales presentations Warner Bros.
