The role We are looking for a Manager, Sales Processes and Tools to join our Global Sales Operations team in the Global Forwarding division. This role will be based in Singapore and you will be responsible for managing and improving Global Sales Processes and driving digitalisation of the Sales Process via Salesforce.com and other Tools. The role is a key contributor to our Global Sales performance and growth of our company and will be given the responsibility to lead high impact projects. As Manager, Sales Processes and Tools, you will:
  • Lead new Salesforce.com developments including the change management process (design requirements, liaise with IT, Testing, Training & Communication)
  • Lead sales analytics initiatives such as migrating Qlikview to PowerBI and developing strategic reports to support sales performance management
  • Support strategic digital projects & sales initiatives (e.g. Regional Top 10, One Toll Incentive, Trade Lane Focus). Lead implementation and operations of Sales Tools (e.g. Zoominfo Linkedin Sales Navigator)
  • Drive Collaboration across the Sales Organisation and share best practices via “One Toll” Sharepoint. Improve User Satisfaction and Adoption of Salesforce.com by building a strong Sales Operations Community and running regular user satisfaction Surveys
  • Manage and optimize the usage of market intelligence resources such as Transport Intelligence
  • Manage and coach a team member responsible for sales support and reporting

Qualifications

About you To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry, ideally in Sales or Sales Operations Roles
  • Certification as a Salesforce administrator and knowledge of Salesforce administrative functions
  • Good knowledge of MS Power BI
  • Very good presentation and communication skills, including preparation of Presentation Material (Powerpoint), MS office and strong Excel skills
  • Project management and process improvement experience. Ability to adapt sales processes and tools to the freight forwarding business
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
