Changi Airport Group (CAG) Finance has embarked on a Transformation journey and we are looking at enhancing our digital capabilities as part of our ongoing transformation efforts. As part of the Finance Systems team, you will be responsible for managing the CAG Group Finance stakeholders\' technology requirements, implementing digital solutions and leveraging on data to enable the Finance function to drive business outcomes as a strong business partner.

Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in driving the successful integration of the ERP system and ensuring its effective utilization to support business operations. As a core member of the Systems team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, implement system enhancements, and provide ongoing support to optimize ERP performance. As a project manager, you will also have to work with system implementation partners, ERP platform vendors and business consultants to successfully deliver the project.

• Working with the Finance and business functions to support the full Finance system transformation at the design, customization, configuration and implementation stage, including data gathering and analysis on user requirements to post-implementation support.
• Working closely with the appointed parties as an internal solution architect, to clarify business requirements, map them to system capabilities and convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Drive working group meetings/workshops and design discussions with Finance, IT and other functional stakeholders, and manage overall project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project risk and issues, work closely with transformation office to communicate and drive change and value to the business.
• Assist in all aspects of the development of new Finance systems, robust testing of functionality, processes and setups. Manage and review related documentation for sign-off:

• To plan and manage a thorough UAT process to ensure that operational issues are minimised pre \'Go-Live.\'
• To plan and manage the successful migration of historical data from the old system to the new system.
• To help implement new processes and controls to support the finance system implementation and ensure these are fully documented.
• Prepare and/or review user manuals and guidelines on any new system and process and provide necessary training to the end users.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP systems to recommend system improvements and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Finance systems project management and implementation, preferably in a corporate organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and training.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good knowledge and working experience of at least one ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, WorkDay etc.
• Proficiency in new digital trends such as AI & ML, low code platforms such as UiPath, MS Power Platform etc. will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of data quality frameworks and data governance. Previous experience in implementing them at an enterprise level will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with good track record of stakeholder engagement across divisions, levels, entities, internal/external parties etc. Independent, resourceful, driven, flexible, quick learning, \xe2\x80\x9cgrowth mindset\xe2\x80\x9d mentality.

This is a 3-year contract position with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role, subject to the individual\'s performance and availability at the end of the contract.
