- Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 4 years in a managerial position
- Good knowledge of hygiene and FSMS regulatory standards
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, able to lead a big team of staff
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- Strong administrative capabilities
