What the role is:As Manager/ Senior Manager, Quality Assurance in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that improves the enforcement of contracted consultancy, construction, and facilities management services for schools.What you will be working on:

• Formulate and implement control procedures to reduce non-compliance risks, which include devising effective levers through process improvements and the use of technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform audits on consultants\' and contractors\' performance against contract requirements, including the conduct of site inspections, audit of payment claims for work done by contractors and putting up recommendations for enforcement actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Design systems and processes to raise the capability and rigour in the assessment of works and services delivered by consultants and contractors

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Architecture, Building, Real Estate, Engineering or any other related industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and public sector procurement \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
