What the role is:As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages the development and facilities management (FM) of school campuses.What you will be working on:

• Manage infrastructure programmes and projects to enhance school campuses such as general repair, re-decoration/ renovations, roof re-waterproofing, improving barrier-free accessibility and implementation of energy efficient strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide FM services to schools including overseeing the implementation of preventive maintenance and improvement programmes, and managing the performance of managing agents and FM contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Review consultants\' design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE\'s requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the procurement of consultancy, construction and FM services as well as the administration of contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of infrastructure enhancement, building projects and services

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in architecture, engineering, building/ facilities management or other related fields \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactiveness and ability to work well independently and in a team In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
