What the role is
Reporting to the Human Resource Division, you will develop and drive programmes and initiatives in the areas of Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding. You will also work very closely with the Human Resource Business Partnering team to build MPA’s desired culture and an engaged workforce in the organisation.
What you will be working on
The key duties include: Learning and Development • Core training for MPA officers (eg foundation programme, core training roadmaps) • Review of the foundation programme for new hires to enhance its effectiveness and optimal outreach to MPA officers • Brownbag lunches to promote inter-department sharing and culture of sharing Employer Branding and Green Harvesting • Develop employer branding and green harvesting strategies (including use of social media) and implement initiatives to attract candidates with relevant competencies to meet organisation’s current and future needs. • Oversee and manage MPA’s scholarship and internship recruitments. • Work with relevant HR functions to develop strategies to engage and develop talents in MPA. Engagement and Retention • Work with the relevant HR functions and divisions to follow up on action plans from Employee Engagement Survey 2021 • Oversee the planning and organization of targeted engagement sessions with senior management • Oversee and manage employee engagement activities such as staff appreciation hour and wellness activities • Promote CARE protocol in MPA
What we are looking for
You should possess at least 6- 8 years of working experience, ideally in aforementioned HR functions. You should be a team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills, and the experience in OD or HR, and have worked on projects related to talent acquisition, organisational culture and employee engagement.
