About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services. Personal Financial Services We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of the PFS Secured Loans Division in Strategic Alliance department. Your key accountabilities and responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross functional teams and departments within the Bank
Responsible to improve the internal referral volume
Monitor performance of partnership
Have mutually beneficial alliances with internal stakeholders so as to achieve the Division\'s goals and drive growth
Create awareness and achieve top of mind recall
Coordinate joint initiatives with internal stakeholders and conduct regular reviews to ensure that the collaboration is successful
Overall, this Strategic Alliance manager plays a role in helping to achieve growth and enhance collaboration between internal stakeholders by creating and managing strategic partnership with internal teams and department within the Bank
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in strategic alliance management or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills so as to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A self starter and team player with the dedication and drive to achieve quality performance and speed on execution.
The ability to build trust and foster collaboration is essential for success in this role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and data analysis.
Resourceful with an ability to work independently.
