The CompanyOur client, a leading maritime firm seeks a dynamic leader: the Manager, Service Delivery & Cybersecurity. You will manage a team of 3 and partner directly with the C-suite, playing a pivotal role in the company\'s success. They are searching for someone with proven experience in both direct service delivery and cybersecurity. You will leverage on your expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and excel at stakeholder management, ensuring seamless operations and robust security across the organization. The RoleAs an IT Services Champion, you will oversee the IT service catalogue, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with procurement and cybersecurity standards. You will manage access rights and ensure smooth solution transitions. As a u ser satisfaction advocate, working with IT service accounts, actively engage with users to identify and resolve issues, and drive continuous service improvement through surveys and feedback. You must ensure the effectiveness of core IT service management processes, including service account management, incident/problem management, change management, and IT service transition. You must be well-versed in cybersecurity controls and manage breaches. You will monitor and report on service performance, ensuring SLAs and OLAs are met, and KPIs support continuous improvement. You will champion service enhancements and set performance metrics. Additionally, you will partner with the C-suite and IT colleagues to make strategic decisions and manage a team of 3, providing oversight and direction.

Your ProfileWe seek a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor\'s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. Your ideal skillset includes certifications in MCSE, ITIL, and project management (PMP, Prince2). You must have at least 7 years of IT service delivery and support experience, demonstrably led cross-functional teams and managed service accounts. Additionally, you must possess 5+ years of active engagement with senior stakeholders at all stages of IT service deployments. Experience with third-party vendors is a plus. Rounding out your qualifications are solid people management, ITIL knowledge,exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
