Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.The JobTo work closely with internal and external stakeholder to deliver the DC services and products per contracts/sales order within the timeline and provide on-going customer service support on data centre services related matters.Job ResponsibilitiesAccountable for developing, tracking and meeting service delivery performance goalsEnsure that all services are delivered on time and on budgetTo co-ordinate closely with both internal and external project managers to deliver services and products per contracts/sales order within budget and timeline of project/fit-out work within the data centreManage vendor relationships, including service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts.Manage service quality issues escalated by customers and work with operations team and service owners to improve service qualityConduct regular meetings with customers to review services quality, project/fit-out progress and incidents managementBe the key communication channel to customers during and after service delivery /interruptionsManage Customer audits and coordinate with internal resources to support the effortProvide support to quality initiatives targeted towards improving customer experience and business growthWork with operations team and service owner to develop processes for provisioning of new servicesImplement and improve processes and procedures that support the sales team and operations team to capture business growth opportunitiesGood understanding of general data centre MEP/IT infrastructure and related technologiesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policiesActively involved in the data centre certification auditsRequirements:Diploma or Degree in Engineering related discipline.Initiative, possess excellent problem-solving skills & detail orientedExperience in project management & customer service, data centre experience will be advantageousAbility to effectively manage and motivate teams individually and through othersStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environmentOutstanding communication, presentation and collaboration skillsProficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio/ AutoCADBenefits
