To support the partnership of NCSS and The Maturity Trust (TMT) in the co-administration of the 4ST Partnership Fund.
To enable delivery of quality and effective services by Social Service Agencies (SSAs) through funding, outcomes and service standards frameworks. Leveraging on funding to push forth strategies that encourages SSAs to embrace the Social Service Strategic Thrusts in service quality and accountability to their service users and funders.
What you will be working on:Engaging stakeholders to keep abreast of emerging needs and gaps in the community
Organise discussions with charities, foundations, corporations and government partners.
Overseeing the grant management cycle
Manage the 4ST Partnership Fund and ensure timely updates on the utilisation
Execute the philanthropy strategy under the guidance of the Head of Philanthropy (TMT), ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Cultivate relationships with potential grantees, conducting due diligence and evaluating grant proposals.
Prepare grant recommendation papers for grant panel review.
Prepare grant approval documents.
Monitor project implementation.
Work with grantee partners to measure social impact.
Solicit feedback from grantees to improve the grant management process.
Donor Management
Support partnership with the Advancement team (TMT) to maintain relationships with donors.
Develop donor updates and reports to communicate the impact of funds.
Grantee Partner Management
Conduct periodic check-ins with the partners to track fund disbursements and utilisation.
Maintain database and network with past, current and prospective Grantee partners.
Organise periodic enrichment programmes for grantee partners.
Managing internal systems
Implement and enhance processes to facilitate and support donor engagement and grant-making.
Collaborate with internal TMT teams to ensure effective programme implementation and reporting.
Guiding and supporting team members to achieve work deliverables and objectives
Support the Head of Philanthropy (TMT) in managing team members, providing mentorship, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Support the Head of Philanthropy (TMT) in managing other fund(s) covering different impact areas at TMT.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years\' experience in the social impact sector, particularly in donor relationship management, grant-making or building partnerships with stakeholders across the public, people and private sectors.
