What the role is:Join us at NParks to be part of the Service Quality branch where you will work in a team that is involved in developing and implementing service quality initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction.What you will be working on:You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on projects relating to the management of feedback cases, call centre matters, customer service system development & enhancements as well as inter-agency service improvement initiatives. Specifically you will have opportunities to implement processes/systems to improve feedback management through data analytics/trend analyses.What we are looking for:
