Job Title: Manager

Reports to: Owner

Job Overview: The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals. The Manager will work closely with the Owner to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, and that all staff members are providing excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the restaurant, including safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and employee guidelines.

• Manage financial operations, including monitoring inventory, tracking expenses, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

• Maintain a positive and professional image of the restaurant in the community.

• Collaborate with the Owner to develop and implement long-term business strategies and goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industry.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with financial management and budgeting.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
