Job Title Manager Summary Oversee the day-to-day operations of contract scope for multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that daily operation and maintenance work are carried out safely and in compliance to site requirement, ensuring all documentations are in place. The Facilities Operations Manager will work with site teams to identify and propose rectification works, manage vendors, and develop and implement procedures to optimize facility performance. The manager will also need to build a strong relationship with clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.What you will be doing:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of teams
• Lead, motivate, and supervise teams of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure the efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors to obtain competitive bids, identify and propose rectification, upgrading and enhancement work for clients, negotiate contracts, and oversee work performed on-site.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all corporate HSEQ requirements and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and propose to client(s) for improvement.
• Tracking of P&L for the sites under his/her portfolio, work with BD team to prepare for tender submission
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies, incidents, and service requests to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and security of occupants.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, HR, and finance, to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in facilities management to continuously improve processes and performance.

You are:

• Bachelor\'s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in facilities management, operations management, or related field, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to facilities management.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
