What the role is:The Auditor-General's Office (AGO) is an independent organ of state and the national auditor. Our mission is to audit and report to the President and Parliament on the proper accounting and use of public resources to enhance public accountability. AGO conducts various audits and our observations include system weaknesses, non-compliance with control procedures or legislation, and instances of excess, extravagance, or gross inefficiency leading to waste in the use of public funds and resources. We are looking for candidates who possess drive for achievements, excellent analytical abilities, communication and interpersonal skills. The Strategic Planning & Policy Department (SPPD) oversees AGO's strategic planning process and policy formulation. It functions as the centre for knowledge and insights at AGO. SPPD also performs liaison work and fosters constructive partnerships with local and international stakeholders.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: You will help to develop and implement knowledge management strategies, enhance AGO's knowledge management systems and processes, and analyse trends and developments that affect AGO's work with the aid of large language models. Your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Design and implement a knowledge management strategy/framework and information architecture to optimise AGO's knowledge base and foster knowledge sharing through system solutions Perform environmental scanning, including the gathering and development of insights Administer the audit management system Perform liaison work with external stakeholders as part of stakeholder engagement Assist in other ad-hoc projects where necessaryWhat we are looking for:Requirements: Tertiary qualifications Applicant must be a Singapore Citizen At least 2 years of relevant experience in knowledge management Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies and technologies Having some knowledge or experience in accounting/ auditing will be an advantage What we are looking for: Candidate should Possess a curious, inquiring mind with desire to make improvements Possess strong planning and organisational abilities and be able to multi-task effectively Have good analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills Be able to work independently and in a team to achieve results, even in situations of high pressure and ambiguity.
