Job Description

:

The candidate will be part of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Group to support FairPrice Group\xe2\x80\x99s Own Brands and Food Solutions (OBFS) business unit in its growth and transformation journey.

As a Manager for S&T, he/she will report to the Associate Director of OBFS S&T and will work closely with different stakeholders within OBFS BU and also with colleagues in FairPrice Group, such as S&T colleagues in other BUs as well as corporate functions to support the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the OBFS Leadership Team (LT) in end-to-end development and delivery of business strategy
• Support team lead in running business data analysis to inform performance measurements and action recommendations
• Own the BU-level priority KPI tracking and quarterly reporting
• Support the LT in the governance and PMO of strategic initiatives including the preparation of agenda, actions plan, coordination of execution and follow-ups
• Support team lead in the preparation of strategic communications for OBFS

Qualifications:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or corporate planning
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Good stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences
• Ability to influence and shape work, progress, and processes independently
• Proficiency with powerpoint presentations for effective communications as well as Excel data analysis
