Job Description

Job Purpose

Reporting to Director, Strides Strategy & Plans, the Manager, Strides Strategy & Plans will assist and be responsible in supporting Strides Holdings Group long-term plans and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy planning and monitoring of workplans, budgets and strategic projects
• Assess business risks, develop mitigation plans and monitoring management controls
• Execute audit checks on Strides Holdings\' subsidiaries to ensure proper governance
• Support planning, development and execution of corporate development and M&A transactions which will include undertaking market feasibility studies, gather market intelligence, due diligence, research analysis, financial modelling, as well as managing transaction documentations
• Develop joint-ventures, partnerships and other related opportunities which includes formulating and negotiating terms with prospective partners and preparing bid submissions.
• Creating and presenting regular management reports on the performance of businesses, projects and initiatives and present such information to senior management
• Aligning and communicating Strides Holdings goals and strategies amongst its\' subsidiaries

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, or Professional Degree in Economics / Business / Strategic Planning or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in Strategy/Planning/Corporate Finance or similar function.
• CFA/CPA (or equivalent) would strengthen the application but is not required.

• Possess clear strategy thinking with strong risk and project management capabilities
• Excellent Advanced Excel, Power BI Dashboarding, Financial modelling, and PowerPoint skills
• Highly organized, meticulous and possess ability to analyse/interpret data proficiently
• Critical thinker and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and able to multi-task effectively
