Role Summary: Drive successful Talent Management practices, Talent Review sessions, Succession Planning and targeted development to retain, develop and deploy high potentials & key employees to ensure effective continuity of leadership in key positions.
Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement people development initiatives, including promotions, secondments and attachment opportunities
  • Coordinate the annual talent assessment and succession process
  • Develop competency matrix, personal profiling and creation/ review of job descriptions to identify potential key roles and/or jobs to determine need of successors and identify current incumbents in key positions. For unmatched critical positions, look for alternatives within other divisions or departments locally or regionally for short term or long term solutions
  • Work with HRBPs and Line Managers on Talent Management and Succession Planning processes
  • Engage candidates, managers and HR leaders on a regular basis to monitor, measure and report on the progress of company-wide management development plans, succession planning and talent rotation programs, highlighting adjustment, where and when needed
  • Partner with Learning and Development colleagues to come up with programs including internal training for high potential and key staff

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
