Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Ensure industry-leading visual merchandising planning of all adidas campaigns throughout Emerging Markets Own Retail and Franchise channels. Drive brand leadership at every consumer touch point, to maximize full-price sell-through and NPS.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Brand and DTC stakeholders to create market relevant and industry leading visual merchandising directives and plans.
Ensure VM directives are delivered to the highest quality and on time and in full.
Assist in the creation of consistent and relevant VM seasonal guidelines and training manuals.
Execute and leverage key category strategies for seasonal and new product launches.
To elevate the VM and consumer journey by identifying digital opportunities and key focus areas (heat maps).
Assist in the planning of VM and consumer journeys for new store openings.
Implement processes to drive efficiency and consistence at market and cluster level.
Support the ideation and creation of elevated retail activations.
Department administration.
Creation of reports and analysis of campaign executions.
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 4 years experience in visual merchandising, trade marketing in the sport or fashion industry.
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Detail oriented, organized and dynamic.
Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop skills a bonus.
Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Good Project Management expertise.
Functional experience with Sales/Retail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience and passion for a cross-functional organization.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business with marketing focus or a minimum of 3-4 years in Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising in sport or fashion retail.
Fluent in English.
