• You enjoy engaging clients, understanding their aspirations, negotiating, and concluding transactions
• You aspire to go beyond the ordinary in delivering client objectives and being rewarded according to the results achieved

Responsibilities

• Engage office occupiers to nurture and secure office leasing requirements
• Engage owners on available office space for lease
• Conduct site inspections with occupiers and owners
• Negotiate and conclude leases
• Gather market information and intelligence in the daily course of work
• Collaborate with colleagues in all business aspects
• Business development through client relationship management and prospecting
• Meet or exceed individual revenue target

Requirements

• At least 3 years\' relevant real estate transactional experience
• Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
• Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or relevant fields
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Technology savvy
