We are now seeking aspiring Commercial Real Estate Agents to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, with specific experience in selling commercial real estate spaces. Candidates from co-working spaces are encouraged to apply and we offer support in obtaining a real estate license to become a full-fledged consultant. CEA License is not required at this point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior leasing consultants in prospecting and identifying potential clients and properties for sale or lease.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess property values and market trends.
- Support senior leasing consultants in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Create marketing materials and listings to promote available properties.
- Coordinate property showings and tours for prospective buyers or tenants.
- Support in negotiating and finalizing purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate transactions.
- Support in providing guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Stay informed about local zoning laws, regulations, and market conditions affecting commercial real estate.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet).
- Willingness to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed.
