What you will be working on
You will be reporting to the Team lead, NSA Business Services. In this role, you will be part of the team to manage resource allocation within Singapore Sport Institute (SSI), in particular NSACD & HiPAL teams, through effective grant administration and improve NSAs’ contributions to Vision 2030 Levers and SportSG’s strategic outcomes. In this role, You will, • Support in the review of NSAs’ Multi-Year Sport Plans (MYSP) and resource allocations exercise and manage the consolidation of grant recommendations for the SportSG Annual Grant allocation exercise to NSAs and Athletes. • Be the Data Steward for NSACD division and ensure the enterprise data is of high quality and can be used effectively. • Implement shared Travel Insurance Programme for NSAs and manage the overseas travel insurance matters including but not limited to liaising with NSAs and appointed Insurer on related queries. • Improve the delivery of information to key stakeholders primarily the NSAs. Manage the existing web contents and circulars on NSA Resource Centre hosted on myactivesg.com as a collaboration tool for NSAs. • Overall lead in managing OSG (OurSG Grants portal) user accounts for SSI group users.
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; • Background in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. • At least 5 years of relevant work experience. • Basic knowledge in Data Science is advantageous. • Proficient in Microsoft applications (especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) and Tableau. Well versed in using advanced formulas and data tools in MS Excel. • Able to manage relationships and people to contribute towards timely and effective management of projects. • Able to work with teams and yet able to manage programmes independently, where applicable. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance.
