Join our dynamic team at AOS\' Changi Precinct as you lead the charge in marketing, strategic market development, and innovation. You\'ll be responsible for marketing and crafting new experiences to cement Changi Airport\'s position as a world-class air hub, attracting and engaging both travellers and locals.

We are seeking a leader who will:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies: Drive awareness, engagement, and sales across various channels. Utilise data analytics to optimise campaigns and measure impact.
• Spearhead strategic market development: Conduct in-depth market research, identify emerging trends and translate insights into actionable strategies that position Changi Precinct at the forefront of the travel industry.
• Forge strategic partnerships: Cultivate and nurture win-win collaborations with a diverse range of stakeholders, including commercial partners, industry experts, and government agencies.
• Lead with inspiration and agility: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Proven experience in leading and delivering innovation projects within the travel, marketing, or retail industry
• A track record of demonstrating impactful results in strategic market development and marketing campaigns
