Responsibilities

: " Key Responsibilities Develop value proposition for Customers to enrich and expand existing Use Case which includes business requirement definition Define partnership strategy i.e. working with industry solutions providers to drive wide-scale adoption of the Use Case Perform the subject matter expert role for the maritime logistics Use Case, providing guidance to the Use Case development team, leveraging on existing and new network Co-define customer acquisition strategy with Customer Success Manager to expand customer base through existing and new value proposition Collaborate with Use Case development team to gather, analyse and evaluate user requirements for functional specifications with stakeholders and recommend solutions for implementation Support Use Case development team in the planning and execution of product and systems implementations (e.g. UAT, SIT, live production) to ensure smooth deployment Qualifications / Skills and Competencies 10 years of relevant and current experience in maritime/logistics/supply chain/transportation sector with a proven track record for driving digitalisation in the industry Strong established network in the industry with know-how of the nuances/ways of work related to physical logistics flow such as import/export, depot, warehousing, customs regulations and/or the interactions with the sea/air checkpoints Customer focused and strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strong business and maritime industry knowledge paired with an ability to see the big picture to identify the dependencies, plus the upstream and downstream impact of process enhancement Prior experience and exposure to API, data platforms implementation Strong written and verbal communication skills.
