This role supports the Assistant Director, Corporate Communications in providing guidance on SIT\xe2\x80\x99s brand positioning and governance to ensure brand consistency in all forms of communications, marketing collateral and publicity.

The incumbent will assist in the development of SIT\xe2\x80\x99s brand strategy and manage the institution\xe2\x80\x99s admissions and brand campaigns, working closely with Admissions and other stakeholders to forge brand loyalty and increase public awareness of SIT\xe2\x80\x99s unique brand value.

Responsibilities

  • Work with appointed agencies and internal stakeholders to run the Institute\xe2\x80\x99s annual admissions campaign.
  • Conceptualise and manage SIT\xe2\x80\x99s signature brand campaign.
  • Develop and maintain a range of branding solutions including but not limited to the Institute\xe2\x80\x99s brand guide, playbook and a brand management software to provide support and guidance on the Institute\xe2\x80\x99s brand ethics for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment in formulating traditional and digital ATL and BTL integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and applications for SIT\xe2\x80\x99s degree programmes.
  • Provide direction and specifications to external agencies for the production of a wide range of marketing collateral.
  • Oversee the Institute\xe2\x80\x99s panel of term contractors providing design services including vendor sourcing and administering the tender process for the appointment of term suppliers.
  • Plan and manage the team\xe2\x80\x99s branding and campaign budget and ensure the effective use of the annual allocation.
  • Provide monthly reports on all branding activities and progress updates of ongoing projects.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing or related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing external agencies with proven ability to track outcomes and measure effectiveness of branding activities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and project management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing tasks and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Meticulous with the ability to work with numbers - strong data analytic and budget management skills is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in an Institute of Higher Learning will be an advantage.
