Job Description


Markets of focus will be Singapore/ Southeast Asia, China. You will be reporting to the Head, Group Marketing & Communications while working closely with the broader marketing team as well as other stakeholders. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the overall digital marketing experience on the sttelemediagdc.com websites, proactively analysing page level performance and recommending actions that ensure maximum effectiveness of marketing objectives as well as creating the optimal customer experience.
  • Articulating content and campaign strategies that drive MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities.
  • Developing the content strategy and messaging, video scripts, blogs, client stories and other materials, writing in a compelling manner for different formats, mediums and audiences including long-form, short-form; social media, web, video; external and internal audiences among others.
  • Manage activation of content across multiple channels, ensuring proper tracking is implemented
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop integrated plans addressing demand generation and nurturing campaigns, messaging and positioning frameworks, buyer personas, and buyer journey maps
  • Planning and executing all digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns
  • Identifying trends and insights and optimising campaigns based on the insights
  • Measurement and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessment against goals
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Driving the social media strategy across various channels - LinkedIn, WeChat, YouTube
  • Management of social media communities through the use of a social media management tool
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging across organic, paid and boosted activities
  • Maintaining & updating the social media editorial and content calendar
  • Development of social media assets, such as social media tiles, videos, blogs; copywriting for online and social media content to adhere to social media channel best practices
  • Activating social media campaigns/ content
Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, digital marketing, or related industries
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing technologies and strategies (Web, Email, Social, Video, SEM), managing social media communities and producing social media assets
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing and user experience best practices
  • Proven track record in creating and managing high impact, results-driven marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to derive actionable insights from data and optimise campaign performance
  • Experience in the B2B technology industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills, quick learner and ability to delve into the detail
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, flair, and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns
  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
