Job Description


What the role is:The goal of Family Life Group (FLG) is to nurture a family-friendly society by strengthening family resilience through all stages of life, and to support families to overcome early risks and challenges to family relationships. The Operations Planning & Transformation (OPT) Division is responsible for developing the overall operational plans to strengthen and support family through all stages of life. It also oversees transformation, data and digitalisation, capability development and engagement strategies for FLG. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engagement strategies and levers on new focal areas for the Family Life Group and reviewing its marketing communication strategy to achieve greater impact across life stages and programmes.What you will be working on:

  • Plan, develop and execute engagement strategy on new focal areas with cross-cutting priorities within Family Life Group (FLG). Identify and engage key stakeholders and opinion leaders on new focal areas Propose and manage effective engagement toolkits and levers to engage different stakeholders (e.g. religious organisations, Social Service Agencies, corporates) Develop and oversee stakeholder mapping/tiering for FLG to guide customised engagement efforts Advise on and develop targeted marketing outreach efforts and strategies to ensure consistent and sustained messaging, engagement and take-up for FLG's key programmes and initiatives
What we are looking for:
  • Strong conceptual skills, ability to think strategically and \'connect the dots\' Experience in stakeholder engagement, development of programmes, partnerships and / or engagement strategies and frameworks Experience in development and execution of marketing and communications plans, Public relations, collaterals, content creation and/or outreach effort Experience in curating and organising events/engagement sessions with stakeholders Proficient in various marketing/social media platforms and tools Strategy, policy planning and consultancy experience will be advantageous for this role Strong relationship building /interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Resourceful, self-starter with strong sense of initiative Meticulous and inquisitive attitude with strong follow-up skills Effective team player, who is able to work independently under pressure and thrives in the unknown
