Responsibilities * Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications * Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met investigating and setting standards for quality and health a Responsibilities Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety Liaising with Directors/Assistant Directors to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures Assist Operations Managers in the development and implementation of on-going training in addition to monthly training calendars to meet specific departmental needs Identify training needs or gaps and implement solutions to maximize results to positively impact the Food & Beverage division's productivity and performance Conduct and track regular internal audits in order to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives in meeting our Colleague Engagement and business objectives in addition to providing recommendations for improvements Conduct various F&B specific training courses for restaurants (i.e. Suggestive Selling, Product Training, Service Standards, etc.) Ensure compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the company health and safety program Provide assistance to F&B colleagues according to business level Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality Requirements Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management with minimum 3 years of training experience in the capacity of a Cluster Trainer in a global hospitality chain Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) is preferred or equivalent Training qualifications Experience in conducting and delivering stand-up training programs appropriate to the needs of the business Possess good cross-cultural awareness / sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills with an international mindset to facilitate effective working across diverse cultures and different levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to support and manage talent programs in a Cluster or Corporate level. Ability to work independently and is self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
