What the role is:You will provide support for two key projects: \xe2\x80\xa2 Career Health Campaign (Employer & Jobseeker) \xe2\x80\xa2 Job Support Scheme ProjectWhat you will be working on:Areas of work comprises: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the Senior Managers or Project Leads to execute a marketing and communications plan to promote WSG\'s programmes and services \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare post-campaign reports, analyse performance metrics for effectiveness and improvements and administrative support in preparation of budget, requisitions, billing and payments for projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform research and social media monitoring to gather information, insights and data to refine campaign ideation, review Google Analytics to monitor and optimise campaign performances \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide marketing and social media support for WSG\'s business units i.e. develop marketing collaterals and tactical campaigns to reach business outcomes Other Marketing Support Areas: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the usage of WSG logo on partner collaterals \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise internal stakeholders on the correct usage of WSG brandmark and assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce videos, banners, static posts, infographs, multi format content for social media, website, or the digital environment for message amplification \xe2\x80\xa2 Support team members in marcom or social media coverage of WSG events when requiredWhat we are looking for:Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Three to four years of relevant marketing and digital marketing experience Knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity and ability to use performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other social media analytics, campaign measurement metrics \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of all social media platforms not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good copywriting and editing skills with the ability to turn complex source materials into sharp, engaging multimedia content and where required, snappy social-first copy and trendy captions \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines Abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter who can work independently, handle stress and thrive under pressure, stay level-headed and meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong command of spoken and written communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player with a positive attitudeAbout Workforce Singapore:Workforce Singapore (WSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
