What the role is:Family Life Group (FLG), under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) aims to strengthen and support families through their different life stages, so as to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. Inter-Generational Support Division (IGS) under FLG, encourages pre-planning through the Lasting Power of Attorney, protects the dignity and safeguards the interests of vulnerable persons lacking mental capacity (P) through deputyship supervision, supports the reconciliation of families and the adjudication of maintenance claims by parents against their children. You will be joining the Operations Policy and Strategy team within the Development and Engagement Unit. The main role of the team is to review and implement ops polices and strategies that will improve the adoption of the Lasting Power of Attorney, enhance the safeguards of Persons without Mental Capacity and support the reconciliation of families and resolution of family disputes.What you will be working on:Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct ops policy review, working with policy, legal and communication teams to implement changes effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop the messaging of IGS initiatives and work \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualise pilots/ new service designs and evaluate initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage projects and work with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and partnering agencies to achieve the desired outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and analyse data (i.e., LPA/TMP/CMP/supervision statistics) to identify trends and insights that inform policy recommendations and strategy development \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain data visualizations to communicate findings and reporting of outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Support and coordinate data and input collation across whole of IGS \xe2\x80\xa2 Support formulation of IGS workplans and budget forecast and allocation across IGSWhat we are looking for:

• Analytical and critical thinking \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous, innovative, outcome driven, able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player who is collaborative and proactive in supporting team\'s outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in ops and/or policy work \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is advantageous
