Manages the Security operations aspect of the Gallery
Conducts investigation into security & safety breaches
Jointly oversees the management of the security systems vendor, ensure its operability to support security functions
Manages the outsourced security services partner and ensure compliance to contractual obligations and performance indicators
Secondary point of contact for liaising with government officials, ministries, and law enforcement
Provide security training and awareness for the Gallery
Conducts exercises to test operational readiness of the security team
Assist with the coordination and upkeep of the business continuity & crisis management plans
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a management position preferably in a hospitality environment/attractions on any other service oriented industry preferred
Professional Security certification would be advantageous
Experience in conducting red teaming and intrusion exercises
Experience in managing outsourced security services vendors
Ability to integrate and play an important role in a large and fast paced team.
Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
Flexible approach to working hours, as and when the business levels demand.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Good team player with initiative.
May need to work on rotating shifts, weekends and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.

It was the first museum in Asia to receive the Children in Museums Award by the European Museum Academy and Hands On! International Association of Children in Museums in 2018. The Gallery also won the awards for \xe2\x80\x9cBest Theme Attraction\xe2\x80\x9d at TTG Travel Awards 2017, \xe2\x80\x9cBest Attraction Experience\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x9cBreakthrough Contribution to Tourism\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cBest Customer Service (Attractions)\xe2\x80\x9d at the prestigious Singapore Tourism Awards in 2016 for its role in adding to the vibrancy of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s tourism landscape.
