Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial

  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to the Managing Director
  • Handle commercial negotiation, review all contracts/agreements, oversee execution of contracts/agreements against agreed terms including providing commercial advice thus ensuring internal relevant parties understand they key aspects of the contract.
  • Explain and interpret contract terms and conditions to internal relevant parties.
  • Examine contract progress and variations and take appropriate action \xe2\x80\x93 issue required awareness.
  • Ensure obligations, liabilities, deliverables, responsibilities, penalties, etc are well managed and defined during pre-contract work.
  • Engage in and handle contract disputes/arbitration \xe2\x80\x93 identify possible solutions and alternative options.
  • Review completion of milestones and acceptance criteria against terms.
  • Close out contract, identify start of warranty and support as applicable
  • Ensure compliance to local and international laws, regulations, conventions and licenses are considered.
Sales Support

\xc2\xb7 Manages the daily operations of the sales support function.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee resource allocation, workflow of all sales support activities including RFP response and preparation of report to support the sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate sales processes and identify opportunities for sales support to streamline the entire sales process.

\xc2\xb7 Ensue sales team stay compliant with company policies and procedures and ISO requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in resolving customer requests and complaints.

Internal & External Communications.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to help employees understand our company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and address any issues they may be experiencing to help maintain positive employee relations.
  • Create communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Write and edit content for internal employee communications, such as memos and newsletters.
  • Keep employees updated on important news, events, and facilitate an open dialogue among employees.
  • Contribute with innovative communication strategies to build rapport, morale, and productivity.
  • Create inclusive communication strategies and content to advance HR initiatives and programs, such as new employee onboarding, recruitment promotion, open enrolment, or similar.
  • Write and distribute reference materials, such as goal and performance review initiatives and summaries of perks and benefits.
  • Publication of the employee handbook.
  • Research employee morale and retention initiatives to advance HR projects, such as stay and exit interviews, incentive programs, employee surveys, and career development.
Production Planning
  • Within area of responsibility analyse current work practices to identify areas for improvement and educate as to how to improve business and manufacturing processes.
  • Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support teams to solve problems.
  • Support the business in establishing \xe2\x80\x9cbest practice\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Liaise and communicate with other departments, and share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained.
  • Coordination with suppliers to ensure appropriate materials are available, as well as the development of new supplier partnerships as needed.
  • Review production schedules based on demand projections in order to meet consumer demands.
  • Work with quality assurance, logistics, and other personnel.
o Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.

o Analyses current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.

o Utilizing the raw materials in a timely way so as to fill orders on a timely basis (the risk of goods being damaged or out of date is minimized);

o Shorten time of order delivery and completion to customer.

Marketing

o Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.

o Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters.

o

o Oversee company\xe2\x80\x99s career site and suggest improvements while creating an engaging job description.

o Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.

o Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community while monitoring jobstreet, glassdoor and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers.

o Design and plan recruiting events while serving as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.

o Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.

o Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry.

o Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.

Training
  • Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
  • Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
  • Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
  • Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
  • Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
  • Conduct train the trainer workshops to ensure training, scalability and effectiveness.
  • Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable.
  • Work closely with our financial department to establish and manage a training budget.
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Recruitment

o Ensure positive candidate experience and assist in employee retention and development.

o Developing and promoting the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.

o Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, employee reference and etc).

o Participate in various recruitment events and maintain all work according to recruitment guidelines and implement various sourcing strategies and ensure achievement of all hiring demand.

o Manage life cycle of recruitment processes and screen and perform interviews with all prospective candidates and develop and maintain professional relationships with various members.

o Monitor all recruitment process and ensure adherence to local, state and federal regulations and assist to recruit all top talent available for organize and perform interviews with all prospective clients.

o Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

o Contributing to overall workforce planning and talent management strategies to support the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives and growth plans.
