The job holder will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support operational decision-making and policy reviews.What you will be working on:You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to support data driven policy making and process reviews as subject matter experts of data stored in the Division\'s databases and systems. Your key responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Data processing (cleaning, fusing and structuring) and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, and develop and implement dashboards for data analysis and performance monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzing large and complex data sets using statistical software and techniques to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in operational processes and policy reviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Using data visualization to present analysis results in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of operational processesWhat we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in any field \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in data analytics and sense-making of both structured and unstructured data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in handling large datasets and high efficiency with Microsoft Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) \xe2\x80\xa2 Competency in data query, data mining and visualization tools (e.g. POWERPIVOT, POWERBI, TABLEAU, HYPERION, SQL, SAS, MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL, Qlikview etc) will be preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Skilled in RPA or a basic awareness of how machine learning works is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player with an inquisitive mind *PWDs are welcome to apply
