What the role is:About CSA The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is the national agency overseeing cybersecurity strategy, operation, education, outreach, and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister\'s Office and is managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information.What you will be working on:Responsibilities As a member of the CSA Human Resources (HR) team, you will report to the Team Lead to support various HR initiatives in the areas of talent and performance management, leadership development and engagement of the agency\'s talent to ensure a competent and future-ready workforce in CSA. Your key responsibilities include (but not limited to) to the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP), e.g. in-service nominations, deployment, developmental programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing succession planning of key appointments across CSA to plan for and develop a healthy pipeline of officers to take on leadership positions. To understand and anticipate the competency and manpower needs of leadership positions of CSA and undertake engagement sessions with Senior Management to facilitate planning and execution of succession planning for these key positions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing, managing and implementing talent management and career development strategies to enhance the capabilities and maximise the potential of high-performing individuals for mission-critical or pivotal roles in CSA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with the Public Service Division, MCI Family agencies and other stakeholders to implement talent management and leadership development initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the nomination and evaluation of recognition awards such as the National Day Awards, and provide support for the award-related events and ceremonies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting scholarship management (eg, manage scholars\' enquiries, ensure reimbursements requests and disbursement of living allowances are paid on time to scholars, ensure billings for scholarship expenditures are accurate and paid on time and will be involved in scholars\' engagement related events.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the annual Ranking & Promotion cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the performance management related work as assigned \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting any other HR-related work as assignedWhat we are looking for:Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR functions, preferably in talent and performance management and/or leadership development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience working in public sector and an understanding of the public sector systems will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, proactive, organised and resourceful. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent and enthusiastic to learn \xe2\x80\xa2 Be attentive to details with an inquisitive mind, and able to multi-task, project manage and undertake pressure in a face-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) skills and confident in engaging and working collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders at all levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
