[What the role is]
The National Council of Social Service is the co-ordinating body for more than 400 social service organisations in Singapore. The Council provides leadership and direction in social services, enhances the capabilities of social service organisations, and promotes strategic partnerships across the people, public and private sectors.
The Workplace Development team, alongside other critical functions within CDCG, plays a vital role in addressing how NCSS as an organisation functions, transforms and responds to external trends.
Workplace Innovation is a unit within Workplace Development that aims to transform how NCSS Thinks and Works \xe2\x80\x93 towards being people-centered, data-driven and innovative. The role will also involve aligning work internally and with MSF, our parent ministry.
[What you will be working on]
We are looking for an outgoing and passionate individual to be part of the team that works
on developing the capability, readiness and culture of the organisation to derive data-
informed insights via data analytics, visualisation and governance efforts, as well as
adoption of innovative ways of working via process improvement, automation and use of
design thinking.
